Aim
The aim of this updating seminar is to probe the practical problems associated with planning an individual's estate to reduce the impact of capital taxes and enhance the net estate for inheritance purposes.
Outcome
Participants will be confident in discussing current issues with clients.

- Lifetime giving: to avoid gifts with reservation of benefit/POT; to maximise use of reliefs
