Aim
The aim of this updating seminar is to examine the main issues to consider when creating new trusts and giving advice to clients.
Outcome
Participants will have a suitable checklist of timely reminders to help them when creating a new trust.

- Creating tursts within the nil rate band
- Effect of setting up trusts outside the nil rate band
- Bare trusts or interest in possession trusts or discretionary trusts?
- Avoiding the settlor interested trust rules
