Aim
The aim of this updating seminar is to remind practitioners of the ways in which the Will or intestate estate of the deceased can be altered following death with particular reference to topical developments.
Outcome
Participants will be able to discuss the issues with confidence with clients and colleagues alike.

- Repairing blunders, eg. Wills v Gibbs (2007)
